Client Manager

Job description:
Our Client is actively seeking highly qualified candidates for a full-time position as overseas Client Manager for their growing IT outsourcing Service Company. The position will involve working in a team environment with both developers and marketing departments. Cross team interaction is required.
Responsibilities for the position are as follows:
- Build sales pipelines for specific overseas markets and solutions;
- Identify, follow through with and maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective clients;
- Identify and follow up on legitimate sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop client relationships;
- Work as main point-of-contact for accounts both before and after contract signing;
- Work very closely with marketing team as well as technical developers to create, deliver and negotiate service proposals.
Requirements:
- Two or more years' experience in corporate client communication role. Experience in IT services or sourcing to overseas clients will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in analyzing complex issues and projects; ability to distill and communicate relevant aspects of project to clients and team members.
- Flexibility to work with both marketing team and technology team.
- Adaptable, independent thinker: able to draw conclusions from research and analysis to determine best course of action.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively in English (written and oral). Native English speakers are preferred; native speakers of European languages with fluent English are also encouraged to apply. Ability to communicate in Chinese (spoken and written) will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates already residing in China are preferred.
