To provide human resources support for all national employees, in areas of recruitment,employee relations and compensations.
·         Undergraduate degree in Human Resources management or equivalent
·         大学人力资源管理专业毕业或其它相关专业
·         Familiar with Chinese Labor Law
·         熟悉劳动法
·         At least 1 year experience in human resources
·         至少1年相关人力资源工作经验
·         strong organizational skills, including follow up on his/her needed actions
·         较强的组织能力,能调动员工积极性和协调员工之间的关系
·         Attention to detail and quality control
·         重视细节和对质量的控制
·         Strong understanding of humanitarian principles/development ethics
·         强烈的人道主义观念和发展道德观念
·         Proficiency with internet, Excel, Word and other Office applications

·         Fluency in written and spoken English
