Job description:
Assist clients with their property issues during Leasing terms帮助客户解决居住过程中的房屋问题
Help foreigners with their lives in Chengdu 协助客户在成都生活期间可能产生的问题
Solve problem efficiently when there's any issues being involved in about landlord, client and properties 当房东、客户或房屋有问题是，客服顾问应妥善且有效解决问题
Help other colleagues and work as a team 协助同事，共同工作
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above 本科及以上学位
One to two years of customer service experience is preferred but not essential 1-2年客服工作经验为佳
Have strong personality, problem solving minded, fast learner and can work under a lot of pressure 个性坚强，有良好的解决问题的能力，学习快且能在压力下工作
Can work in a team as well as be your own boss 能独立工作，且能在团队中共事
Fluent spoken and written English skills 流利的中英文表达
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and other office software 熟练使用办公软件。
